The Xeon E5-2620 v4 is the entry eight core of Intel's E5 v4 family for the LGA2011-3 socket, and the processor most 13th generation servers were ordered with. Eight cores and 16 threads at a 2.10GHz base and 3.00GHz turbo, 20MB of cache and an 85W rating, with DDR4 memory support at 2133 MT/s and PCIe 3.0, make it an economical, cool running processor for general server duty. Buyers in Qatar use the refurbished 2620 v4 to complete a 13th generation Dell or HPE Gen9 barebone at the lowest cost, to add a matched second processor to a factory single socket server, or to replace a failed unit like for like. Expect the BIOS to report memory at 2133 MT/s.
