At Serverdove Trading & Services, we provide tested and reliable refurbished and pre-owned IT equipment. Each item is inspected and verified before delivery.
Please review our return policy carefully.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

The item is defective (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

The item was damaged during shipping

The wrong item was delivered
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Physical damage caused after delivery

Improper installation, misuse, or power damage

Missing parts, accessories, or serial labels

Software licenses or digital products

Items sold as “No Warranty” or “As-Is”

Custom-configured servers or systems (unless defective)
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Product must be in the original condition

All accessories, brackets, cables, and packaging must be included

Serial numbers must match our records

Item must be securely packed for return shipping
ServerDove reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Refunds & Replacements
After the returned item is received and inspected:
If the item is defective or incorrect:

Replacement or full refund (customer choice)
If the return is customer-requested (case-by-case approval):

Shipping charges are non-refundable

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

If the issue is due to product defect or our error → ServerDove covers shipping

If the return is customer-requested → Customer pays return shipping
Warranty vs Return
Returns are only for issues reported within 7 days.
For problems after 7 days but within the warranty period, the product will be handled under our Warranty Policy (repair or replacement).
Inspection Notice
All returned hardware is tested.
If no fault is found, the item may be returned to the customer, and shipping costs will apply.
