All hardware and components are covered under the ServerDOve1 year (365+ Day) warranty policy. Any defective parts or components are replaced under our warranty at our cost.

What does our warranty cover?

Memory/RAM Sticks
RAID Controller or Battery
PCIe Risers and NIC Cards
Hard Drives
Power Supplies

What does our warranty NOT cover?

Any software or application support is not covered through SaveMyServer. We do not offer any advice or support on any software or application installation process. We only support Windows Server or VMWare installation on any server purchased with hard drives from us. We do not support any hardware or component purchased from another vendor.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

Contact us at support@serverdove.com and supply your order number along with a brief description of what issues you might be having. One of our sales executives will contact you during business hours and help.

Can I Purchase an Extended Warranty?

Yes! We cover many systems up to as much as 3 years, please contact a salesperson for a quote on any extended warranty.


All Windows Operating System Licenses are digitally provided from an authorized Microsoft Vendor. We do not provide any COA. All OS and License purchases are non-refundable. Please contact a sales representative for more information.
