This range gathers the Cisco hardware ServerDove carries for business networks and telephony. It includes Catalyst 3850 access switches with PoE+, ISR 4321 integrated services routers in standard and voice configurations, the NIM-2FXS/4FXO analogue voice interface module, PVDM4-32 DSP modules and the Cisco 8851 IP phone.
Together these cover a small or branch Cisco estate: switching and phone power, WAN routing, and on-site call control. The range is aimed at organisations in Qatar that already run Cisco and want matching hardware, and at integrators extending or replacing units in service.

Do refurbished Cisco devices come with a licence?
It depends on the unit. Cisco ties features to software licences, and the licence level shipped with a device varies. Can a Cisco ISR router run a small phone system?
Yes. ISR routers can run Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME), which provides call control for IP phones on site. PVDM DSP modules supply the voice processing for analogue or digital lines, and NIM voice modules add the physical ports. Licensing applies to phones on CME, so share your handset count when asking for a quote.
Which Cisco IP phones are available?
The range includes the Cisco 8851, a colour-display desk phone powered over PoE. Other Cisco handsets can be sourced on request. Tell the team your call control platform and software version, because the phone must be supported by the system it registers to.
Will this Cisco module or switch work with my existing equipment?
