BIOS and firmware brought to a current release, boot order and power profiles set, out-of-band management configured, iDRAC on Dell, iLO on HPE, IMM on Lenovo, with credentials handed to you.
Storage & RAID
Controller configuration, RAID arrays built to your specification, hot-spare assignment, drive firmware alignment and health verification before handover.
Network deployment
Switch mounting and stacking, VLAN and uplink configuration to your design, SFP and transceiver fitting, firewall placement and cabling.
Testing & handover
Power-on testing, POST and diagnostic checks, thermal verification under load, and a written handover sheet listing serials, addresses, credentials and the as-built configuration.

Do you install hardware that wasn't bought from ServerDove?
Yes. Equipment bought elsewhere is welcome. If a unit isn't worth installing, we'll tell you honestly before quoting.

How quickly will I get a quote?

Can you install outside business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend slots are available where downtime matters. Say so when you send your list and we schedule around it.
Which areas of Qatar do you cover?
All of Qatar. The site address goes into the quote, so there is nothing extra on the day.
Do you do electrical or civil works?
No. New circuits, DB changes, containment, core drilling and raised-floor work need a licensed contractor. We say so at survey and coordinate with yours.
What do I get at handover?
