Eight cores and 16 threads at a 2.40GHz base and 3.20GHz turbo, 20MB of cache, DDR4-1866 memory support and an 85W rating give a balanced, cool running processor. It is named as compatible with the Dell PowerEdge R630 and R730 and with HPE Gen9 servers.
