SK Hynix's HMAG74EXNRA084N is a 16GB DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM at 3200MT/s, a single rank 1Rx4 module on the 288 pin RDIMM form factor to the PC4-3200AA specification, for Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant servers. It is a refurbished module at the entry capacity for third generation Intel Xeon Scalable servers, where eight channels per processor mean eight of these give 128GB per socket with every channel active at full speed.
