SK Hynix's HMAA8GR7AJR4N-XN is a 64GB DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM at 3200MT/s, the largest registered DDR4 capacity that runs at full speed without moving to load reduced modules. It is a dual rank 2Rx4 module built on 16 gigabit chips, on the 288 pin RDIMM form factor to the PC4-3200AA specification, server grade, for Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant systems. Check the BIOS total after boot; large sets take longer to train at first power on, which is normal.
