The 20-core processor supports concurrent services, but 32GB of memory can become the limit when allocating RAM to multiple virtual machines. Two mechanical drives also constrain random I/O, so latency-sensitive databases and busy virtual machine storage need careful sizing. Mirroring two 4TB drives would provide approximately 4TB before formatting rather than the full 8TB raw total.

Drive additions need the correct interface, physical size and carrier for the installed backplane. A drive's advertised interface speed does not represent sustained application throughput, and RAID does not replace a separate backup.
